Oliver Collette-Moxon

Oliver regularly represents clients in civil and commercial disputes, appearing in first instance courts and specialist tribunals, appellate courts, and arbitrations.

 

He has expertise in many areas of law including insurance, real property, construction, fraud, finance, corporate and company law, local and cross-border trade, insolvency, restraints of trade, marine, and injunctions.

 

During the last 20 years Oliver has acted for insurers, financial institutions, property developers, construction contractors, professionals, local and central governments, businesses, and individuals.  He is a member of the Auckland District Law Society civil litigation committee.
